My dog is a rescue and reserved at first. He opened up wonderfully to the staff at Pet Resort Dallas. I couldn’t ask for anything better. My dog is always excited when we pull up for daycare.
The size of the group gives my dog plenty of friends to play. Also, the dogs activities are supervised by employees. Being able to watch on video.
Although there are a lot of dogs in this place, the staff know every one of them by name. In addition, the staff are a higher level of employee than what I have seen at other dog day care/boarding places and I'm telling you that makes a difference. I can leave my dog for boarding knowing he will get his medicine and lots of loves from everyone and honestly, I don't have to worry about him at all. When he comes out of boarding, he is happy to see me but honestly, he is thrilled to see the people up front too.

My little Oliver loves his play days great place. We have been coming 9 years and he would like to come 7 days a week if I would let him. Great staff and excellent management always clean .
Everything! They welcome my dog by name when we walk in, they send updates if something is off about my dog, the send pictures & post frequently on Instagram. I love watching the live feed when they’re all in group play too! The best part is I know my pet is safe & I know he’s being loved. Pet Resort Dallas is amazing!

Cameras and that my dog is cleaned before I pick him up. Also like that I have the option to dk after hours drop off or pick up. And proximity to airport.

Rizzo’s always so excited to go to doggy day care and we never feel bad boarding him because he has so much fun! He comes back tuckered out after a day of play! The staff is great and they really care about your pup!

I love knowing my pet is well cared for. I’m always notified if something is questionable or wrong with her. I receive random photos of my pet letting me know she’s doing well. If she stays four days she receives a complimentary bath. Every time I walk into the lobby to drop her off they call her by name and love on her. I also love the cameras and 24 hour accessibility.
Everyone was so nice and my little schnauzer, Rook, was well taken care of. It gave me peace of mind that could view him playing while I was away.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our two dogs are happy when we drop them off and pick them up. I also appreciate that it is easy to communicate with the staff.

Every dog is special! They pay such close attention to the details of feeding, play times, the special needs of each dog. We have boarded our Eliie and she is happy when we take her and pick her up!
Everytime my dog Andy walks in the door they welcome him! He is a particular guy but I can always guarantee he has fun and comes back a happy pup!
