My doggy came and went happily. That’s what matters most to me and they also did a groom.
I like that drop off and pick up is very easy. My dog is always VERY excited to go to Pet Resort Dallas, and I like that during boarding we can remotely view the cameras to watch her playing with her friends. The complimentary bath with boarding is nice, too.

They are organized and take good care of my dogs’ needs, which are different due to age and medical conditions. If one happens to get sick while being boarded, they call a mobile vet and get them treated, while keeping me involved. I really like the cameras and how I can view my dogs at their playtimes. When I email them with questions they are always responsive. I’ve used Pet Resort for close to 10 years for my boarding needs.

My puppy looooves it here!! She gets to mingle with other pups and staff & still be fed her homemade food, snacks and treats on time. I love that she gets to play with small group and venture outside several times per day prior to resting in her own personal resort quarters where I can login online and check on her.

More important than the fact that I love this place, my dog loves this place! Kimber knows when we are pulling into the lot and she gets really excited to see everyone. The staff all know her and her quirks and she has an opportunity to work on her training and socialization within a structured environment where there's someone making sure she's safe 24/7. What more can I ask for?!
