Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot at AAPR and she runs to the door. She loves all the staff, and they all know her name and preferences. It is great to have a safe place to take her when we travel and not feel guilty that we have to leave her behind.

I liked that we could see them on camera whether they were in their suite or out playing. I liked that they got to go out and play with friends throughout the day. I also really liked the note and pictures we got when we picked them up. It felt like they were really cared for and had fun.
The staff at all American is fantastic everyone is friendly, our dog (Blu) loves going there, grooming services are perfect. I have one problem the dogs do not get enough outside playtime they are in their suite for hours at a time before they take them out to play for a very short period of time. Blu is there for 6 hours at a time and I don’t think he’s outside playing more than 30 to 45 minutes. The rest of the time he is in his suite, I don’t think that’s too fair for the dogs and that I wish they would change that and give the dogs more outside playtime. Our dog really needs it, his breed is a high energy breed.

Staff are very sweet and know our dog as soon as she walks I . She’s always so excited to see them.
Although our Newfie, Lillie, does not enjoy play time but, would prefer just hanging out in her suite, the staff is extremely patient with her. They give her the necessary attention that she requires.
We have been using All American on several occasions, whether it be short stays 3-4 days or longer stay 10+ days we trust the staff and would not board her anywhere else.
If you want your dog well taken care of in an excellent manner, you can't go wrong with All American. We are extremely picky when it comes to the care of our dog.
The only disappointment on her last stay, she didn't receive her "report card" (lol)

All the employees are awesome and seem to truly care about you and of course your pet!
The employees seem to love the dogs they care for. They know my dog by name when I call to make reservations. When we leave to go to the kennel Ruby is scared because she thinks she is going to the vet. When she see where she is at in the parking lot she get so excited. She pulls me to the door and barely stops to say goodbye. When we pick her up she is equally excited. I love Ruby very much and I know she is cared for and loved when she is there. Thank you very much.
Staff are definitely animal lovers. They engage with my pet the minute he comes in the door.
All of the staff was absolutely amazing. They took awesome care of 2 dogs. We were down in the area for a medical emergency and last minute took my dogs into the facility. It was a huge burden off my mind that our babies were in good hands as we dealt with my critical I'll family member. Words can not express how grateful we are to all the staff. The facility is beautiful and clean and I definitely will be back.
