Boarding and day care- excellent staff take great care of dog.
I can tell the staff genuinely cares about my dog, they give me updates when I pick her up and give her lots of cuddles and love. By the second week, they already recognized us and knew us by name.

Care of the dogs
My pup is treated like royalty and she loves her vacations at the Pet Resort. She can't wait to "go to work" and see her human and pup friends. Truly makes my heart happy she has a fun place to go play and be happy when mama is working. :)
My dog, Riley, is always happy to go there to board. I like the cameras in the concierge and vacation suites.

Everyone seems very friendly and likeable. they know Bella's name upon entering which is nice. She always comes home tired which i presume is due to all the dogs barking during rest time and maybe at night?
The staff all invested and know my dog. They have been able to handle his quirks as he has aged.
The thing I like the most is that there is staff there 24-7 so if you have a dog that needs medications, you can trust Pet Resort to handle it.
My dog hadn’t been to the kennel before and was very anxious, snappy, and just not happy on his first boarding experience. We discussed his issues and were able to work together to make him more comfortable with being there, which included doing some daycare for a few hours to help him acclimate. That, along with a small dose of Trazodone, worked miracles. I’m continuing to work on some training techniques to help alleviate his separation anxiety.
In addition, the amazing staff, 24/7 operating hours, and being close to the airport are great benefits!
