Coco is happyy and excited to visit at Pet Resort Dallas. As a rescue who led a tormented life there are very few things, places and people she isn’t afraid of. At Pet Resort she loves all the attendants and we feel comfortable having her there knowing it is a happy place for her. Thanks for loving the animals.
I have boarded my dog twice with you. I wish you had a location in Cleveland. Both times have been wonderful- love the cameras and watching Minnie when her group goes out to play. Also love that you check the dogs each day for any issues… last year she had an issue with her leg- from playing too hard- this year supposedly a bloodshot funky eye but was fine by the next morning… I appreciate being alerted to these issues. Your staff is very caring.
My dog hadn’t been to the kennel before and was very anxious, snappy, and just not happy on his first boarding experience. We discussed his issues and were able to work together to make him more comfortable with being there, which included doing some daycare for a few hours to help him acclimate. That, along with a small dose of Trazodone, worked miracles. I’m continuing to work on some training techniques to help alleviate his separation anxiety.
In addition, the amazing staff, 24/7 operating hours, and being close to the airport are great benefits!

We love Pet Resort! Perfectly set up, love being able to monitor activities several times a day and see that staff and loving on the pups, or cleaning to make it spotless. Communication is great. I have recommended this place to a number of friends.

I can tell the staff genuinely cares about my dog, they give me updates when I pick her up and give her lots of cuddles and love. By the second week, they already recognized us and knew us by name.

Care of the dogs
My pup is treated like royalty and she loves her vacations at the Pet Resort. She can't wait to "go to work" and see her human and pup friends. Truly makes my heart happy she has a fun place to go play and be happy when mama is working. :)
My dog, Riley, is always happy to go there to board. I like the cameras in the concierge and vacation suites.
