Pet Resort Dallas has the FRIENDLIEST staff! The facility is very clean. They treat Bandit like family. There are cameras so that you can see your fur baby playing. I’m a flight attendant so I have odd hours. The convenience of being able to drop him off and pick him up before and after hours is very convenient! We love Pet Resort Dallas!

Y’all were awesome. Before Sadie was boarded I had a chance to tour the facility & was so impressed. Prior to the tour I called & Taylor answered all my questions. Once I brought in Sadie I was greeted by Tommy. He assured me That Sadie was in the best care. I called almost everyday and Brooke told me she is doing great & that brought great comfort to me. I never could find Sadie on the cam but that was okay. I knew she was in the best care. I highly recommend Pet Resort. Your fee I believe is reasonable. Our dog loves going here. The staff is so friendly and there is never an issue when we pick him. Anytime I drop him off they remember who he is!!
We've been taking Kruger to Pet Resort for almost 5 years, and Meredith and everyone there treats him like he is their dog. We love Kruger so much and are so happy we found a place where we are comfortable that he can go, have fun, and be well taken care of. They are also incredibly responsive and communicative. I like having staff on site 24-7 , if some reason mine or any other dog needs assistance they are there to help , The staff is super attentive and take pride in their positions . My dogs are a big part of the family and we look to see which kennel offers the most,cleanliness, friendly and standards one expects from our pets home away from home . My dog loves going to All American for daycare and boarding. She has many friends there and the staff takes excellent care of her during her visits. I would definitely recommend All American to anyone seeking a great place to entrust the care of their dog(s) to.
24 hour supervision
Staff is incredible! Hard-working but always with a smile. April is a fantastic groomer. My Lhasa Apso, Wally, is over 12 years old and not the easiest to groom but he always looks great after his appointments.
Friendly greeter at front when I dropped off dogs. Booking an appointment was easy with good follow up. Liked being able to watch dogs play. Dogs seemed happy.
The facility is maned 24 hours a day and the dogs get lots of play times and they are safe!
Every employee, at the Canton, Mi. Location, has been kind & friendly. The staff is as accommodating as possible and attentive to the dogs. It’s also nice to have the opportunity to use the Webcam and check in on your pup. Our pup loves going and we know he’s taken care of when he’s there.
