Everything!! Due to Dallas ordnance our 3 year old Whoodle, an intact male, is no longer allowed into playtime with others dogs. Initially we were concerned he’d be lonely & bored, absent the fun & companionship of other canines. Instead Ber gets attention from staff. He seems eager to return every time we take him for boarding. He is a quirky eater, an idiocyncrasy staff noted in his first stays. They’re very accommodating and have his food bowl available 24/7. This kind of individualized care is what keeps us coming back. We know Ber is in great hands during our absence.

I feel that Julie is well taken care of while I'm out of town. She doesn't have anxiety when I bring her and she appears to be healthy once she leaves with not having any diarrhea or anything. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby. She is my love and I know NoOne will love her like I do but I believe Pet Resort comes very close.

Our dog gets very excited when we enter the Pet Resort parking lot. She goes in happily and comes home tired but in great spirits. The staff is always very courteous and helpful.

This was our first time boarding Oliver, our 8-year old dog. I loved the option for private play with staff vs group play with other dogs and that I could watch him constantly on the webcam. They called me twice during our trip with updates due to a slight condition of his and I greatly appreciated that! Will definitely bring him again and refer them to others.
