My favorite thing about AAPR has always been the staff. It's very apparent that they enjoy what they do and care about the dogs and want to give them a positive experience.

Our Rougie seems to enjoy his stays with you (although reluctant to leave us when he arrives). Your facility seems clean and well maintained and the staff is always nice and helpful.

We were a bit disappointed that the app changed and we were not able to see our dog for the entire week. The was in of the main reasons we chose Pet Resort after our vet recommended them.
The puppies seem happy and the staff reaches out immediately if there is a concern.

I really appreciate how kind everyone is to my dog cooper! He’s very anxious in general and the other day I went to watch him at playtime on the cameras and saw that one of your employees was carrying him. When they put him down he wanted back up I’m sure so they picked him up again. Thanks for taking extra care to make my guy feel safe while there!
24 hour service and friendly care
The staff is amazing and truly care about my pup which gives me the confidence to leave him in their care and work/travel guilt free. Most importantly, my dog loves going and seeing all of his friends. When I ask him if he wants to go to "Doggie Daycare" he goes crazy every time. If he was writing this review he's definitely give them an A++++! For boarding and daycare I give them an A+ as well! Thank you Pet Resort Dallas for making my life so much easier and my dog much happier.

We like everything - it is the best available. From the time I drop my dog off there till I pick her up I know she is getting everything she needs - love, attention, care and personal one on one from her team. I can enjoy my time away knowing she is in good hands.

I only brought my dog once for evaluation in daycare. Everyone was so nice and considerate with my little guy. He is a rescue from Mexico with one eye, loss of his bottom teeth and afraid of everything! The staff on the phone and when I arrived and picked up was phenomenal!!
