ALL of the girls who work in your facility are AWESOME! They ALWAYS treat me and my doggy so FANTASTIC! My dog is always happy to come there! That is VERY important to me. The group play is also important. I don't want her having to sit in a cage all day!

Our dogs seem to love staying there, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and it is nice to see our dogs on the webcams while we are gone!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I like that there are times to view your dog via webcam. It gives reassurance to the dog owner that their family member is being treated great. I love that not only was I able to view webcam feature, but associates there took the time to send me pictures via text to my phone of my pet playing with other dogs and making friends throughout the pet resort. I will highly recommend to friends and family!

I like cameras so I can check in on my dogs while boarding. I also like that the food is provided during their stay.

I really appreciate how much time that the animals get to spend getting exercise. Everyone is always so accommodating when I ask to have my dog fed 4 times a day and let out once later at night. I assume that these requests are being honored. My dog never seems in a traumatic state when I pick her up. I feel like she is well taken care of there. My only concern is that my dog smelled sweet the last time I picked her up. It was like her ears had been cleaned or something. I would just appreciate knowing if something has been done to her even if it is something precautionary.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

What's not to like. The building is very clean.Most of all the staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way to make your pet happy. Our dog loves going for day care too.I feel so much better knowing my pet is watched 24-7. Most kennels leave pets alone after working hrs.
