What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

The only thing that I DIDN'T like was the poor camera view of the area in which Jazz was kept, when boarded this past October. I am very pleased with the staff members that I've dealt with (Mostly Zac & Amanda) I am also VERY happy with how clean the facility is kept. I feel confident that Jazz is being well taken care of; she always gets excited when we get there. Keep up the good work!!

Special Boutique area for smaller, sensitive dogs. Hours of operation. 1/2 day fee. Outdoor play with other dogs. Internet access to view pet.

That they always remember my dog, try to accommodate each reservation requests and do so in a timely manner, the owner is there often and he and his staff are always super friendly and courteous and take great care of my dog.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I have recommended AAPRRH to friends and in fact they have already stayed with you and loved it! I particularly like the very personal care and the fact that I can be confident that Maddy is taken care of just as I would for both daycare and overnight boarding. Its also nice to have grooming on site. Maddy loves her time with the staff and her "friends", we wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thanks for all you do!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

The friendliness of all the employees. Convenient location. Always reassured to have a member of my family stay there, treated as if they are their family. I check the cameras (guilty) often and love when a staff member acknowledged my pet with a pat, a rub, or a treat. Makes my heart so happy and I am able to relax on vacation.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

All American Pet Resorts is the only place I trust with my dog. They are committed to keeping her safe and providing her with a fun environment when I am away. She can't play with other dogs, but she still loves going to AAPRRH because the counselors give her the best treatment!

Very clean. I like that the dogs get to socialize a few hours a day. Also I enjoy being able to see my dog on webcam.

I think this AAPR Rochester Hills is wonderful. The staff, the facility, the location, the on line systems are all top notch. I love it and have recommended AARP Rochester hills to several people. FYI - I teach puppy class for Southern Michigan Obedience Training Club and do get asked for my recommendations.

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I feel like everyone at AAPR truly cares for my dog. It is very obvious that they take very good care of my dog and treat him as one of their own. My dog gets so excited as soon as we pull into AAPR, which gives me comfort in knowing that he enjoys his stay :)

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

I love that our dog is never alone - that there is someone there 24/7. The facility is fantastic - clean, inviting, cozy. The kennels are a great size, and come with a little bed. I would stay there! I love the fact that I can watch our dog on camera too. I especially love that our dog has the opportunity to play both inside and outside too. Lots of room to run around. All around great place - great staff. Would recommend to anyone.

I like that it is open 24 hours. It allows me to take trips I otherwise would not because I can pick them up at late hours and not leave them there longer then needed.
