Clean open with the glass rooms and very friendly staff
My mom and I board our 2 dogs their whenever we go out of town and have peace of mind that they are well cared for. The webcam allows us to peak in on them and helps lessen the separation anxiety we experience when we're away from our "boys". Their staff engages with the dogs and really appear to enjoy their jobs. On a recent trip, I checked in on webcam after hours and saw my dog getting sick and by the time I called and left a message at front desk, it was already cleaned up. Proof for me that they do keep an eye on them even after hours. We've noticed our "boys" are less anxious when being dropped off when we pull into the parking lot than at some other places we've tried in the past. We are loyal customers and highly recommend AAPR Rochester to anyone looking to board their "babies".
Our Spikie came home very happy. I liked the ability to see him on camera anytime I choose to. Loved the fact he could interact with other dogs. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't see him in his room. The camera angle and the floral arrangement made it difficult to see him most of the time.
We have never boarded our dogs in 18 years but bringing Finnegan there has given us peace of mind that he is getting good care and play time when we have to be away.

Your boarding service was very good. I believe Abby gained a pound during Thanksgiving, so I know she was well fed. My only concern was the watering of her right eye. It would have been nice if they would have wiped her eye so it would not have been matted when I picked her up. She must have been trying to rub off the gunk around her eye, because when I picked her up the eye was bloodshot. That was my only negative point I wanted to make. Will be traveling to Florida in February and I hope it does not occur again.

Our dogs love going to Towles. The staff are great and the facility is spotless!
My 3 dogs are able to stay together in one kennel run and this lessens te stess of being away from home. We have used Towles Club K9 three times and couldn't be more pleased. The place is spotless and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The dogs always seem happy. There is continuity of staff who get to know the dogs and the clients. Although the facility looks small from the outside, it's well-planned and the daily routine allows the dogs plenty of playtime and relaxation. It's also helpful that there's a vet clinic two doors down in case of emergency.

I like being able to watch my pets on the mobile app provided. Staff usually will text me to let me know our dogs are going out for indoor play, so we can watch. They always receive plenty of love and attention from the caring staff!

It is handy to get them groomed while boarding, the report cards are very interesting. They get some playtime and ladies are very very nice.
The best review for your wonderful resort is given by my dogs. If you videotaped them when they got out of the car, saw their tails wagging, watched them pull me to the door, not even turn back to look at me as I was leaving, you would realize just how special you are! Your staff are animal lovers and the dogs know it. You are all so kind and loving, and that's what makes you the best! To be able to watch all the fun your "guests" are having, is an added bonus. You keep everything spotlessly clean: the pups never come home with fleas, infections, or kennel odor. Speaking of when they come home, it's such a testimony to the care you give to be able to say that our dogs are calm, content, a little tired (to be expected), not the least bit hyper. I can't thank you enough for the peace of mind you give me.
