What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. The groomer, Debbie, does a great job with our girl Charlotte. I also appreciate the systems you have in place to confirm and change appointments. And the fact that we can 'watch' our girl in playtime during her stays at Towles Club K9 further enhances their overall program.

I do not use the grooming services much, but boarding and Day Care are Excellent.
Moona has been with Towles since a puppy and now she is 7 (still a 2 year old in a Dog Suit)
and you have given her the BEST care and I have no worries while she is boarding and DDC.
How the staff puts up with this crazy Bull Terrier, I do not know, but I appreciate all the care and pats you give her. I also recommend you to my dog owning friends.

The friendly staff is wonderful, they truly go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Texting me prior to his personal time, so that I can watch him on the webcam, works wonders for relieving my guilt over leaving him!!

What do you like about our boarding, daycare and grooming services?

My wife and I think Towels In Punta Gorda Florida the very best place to take our two dogs. We board them there and also Debbie grooms them every month. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and extremely friendly with us and our dogs.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They know our dog's name by heart and say nice things about him. He comes home tired but not exhausted which I like. They have a schedule so I know when he gets rest. He is always happy when we start driving down Northfield Pkwy bc he loves it there!!

Everything was great, except having them groomed several days before we picked them up. So we got very smelly dogs back.

The staff is very nice and attentive to our dog. There are many options for special services and we take our dog there for grooming, daycare and boarding where she can have time to play in the pool and/or have one-on-one time with a staff member. The facility is maintained well and is always clean. We would highly recommend Towles Club K9.
