I used your facility for boarding for my dog for a little over a week. The staff was very friendly and took good care of my dog. They took the time to ensure they got the small details correct. I liked the webcam (even though it uses a ton of data!) and the "report card" when I picked up my dog. The facility was clean. The dogs were monitored when they had play time together. My dog is only 11 lb, so I needed to ensure that he was not harassed by other dogs.

Our dog became ill during her stay at Pet Resort and the staff went above and beyond to care for our dog. They took her to an after hours vet and kept me constantly updated on her condition. They treated her as their own dog. We are very grateful for the care she received.
She is a rescue dog and is timid and becomes very anxious in new situations but she thrived at Pet Resort and socializing with the other dogs was a great experience for her.
Diego, our 4 year old order collie is Always happy when he sees his red scarf that he wears around his neck. He automatic ally knows that when I bring out the scarf he gets to go to your place e. He just sits there anxiously waiting to go. Since Diago is a special needs dog (he has EPI) it is a imperative that he is CED the proper food with the proper medications at the correct t times. For Diego there. Could be severe consequences if this is not done properly. The staff tells me things about Diego that they only know because of interacting with him. The people and facilities. Our fur-kids always run to the front door with excitement and the staff are sincere in their display of affection and care. I'm always leaving without worries as our kiddos happily trot off to the back and don't show any concern that their human is not following. Also, the facilities are outstanding.

I love how you have many group plays throughout the day and that you have pools for when it is so hot. In addition, I love the camera we can view our pup during group plays and the personalized picture you sent us and also posted on your website. The report card at the end is valuable/cute. We really appreciate you guys. One thing I wasn't so fond of was the deodorant spray stuff you use before we pick him up. Love the bandana but not so much the deodorizer stuff. But seriously, we are coming back!!:) very nice and professional staff who pay attention to our pups so that is HUGE
