Fast. Very helpful. Had 2 weddings to attend and be apart of back to back. Made the process flawless.
Very clear cut instructions of when to pick and when to drop off. Having enough time to alter before event is good. Pick up of garments to try on did not take too long (even though there were many people when I arrived). Quality and look of the tuxedo ensemble was very good.
Friendly staff and nice selection. Had my suit ready in a few days.

Stephanie is such an exceptional person!! She is very knowledgeable, has patience and truly cared about what my teenage son wanted to wear for Homecoming. She took the time to explain the certain styles and how they fit differently. Great fit and he looked great in all his pictures. Thank you!!!

Very professional staff! OJ and Alijah were amazing! Alijah even gave my son some style tips. My son is Nonspeaking and Autistic. He types to communicate on his iPad. They waited for him to finish typing his questions and listened attentively to what he needed. Thank you for your patience and all of your professionalism! The reason why we are loyal customers for the past 9 years!!!

Your associates! Wow—super kind, super knowledgeable, super professional. Las Vegas needs a bigger space though, c’mon! It’s Vegas…all sorts of formal events going on here…the space is too small. Get a bigger space and hire more associates and be great here in Vegas!
The experience was great. I would recommend getting there early or having an appointment because I went on a Saturday mid morning during wedding/homecoming season and the wait was the hardest part. However, once we were called the experience was great. The representative, Aaron, was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though it was a busy day we did NOT feel rushed. He helped us find exactly what my son needed. I was able to get my son's suit order in the same day, with great communication on fitting and the return of the rental. I would go to them again.
