At first when I did my final fitting I was not happy with how I looked. I felt my pants were too wide and my sleeves were too short. My wedding was 5 days away and I thought I did not have enough time to make changes, so I took the suit home. I could not sleep comfortably that night, thinking of how much I did not like my final fit. So the next day I called and Javier told me to bring everything back and he will help me to ensure that I am satisfied. I brought the suit back and I ended changing my entire suit and color and I got a Michael Kors midnight blue suit. My suit was ready the next day by 4pm and everything was great. Javier was a life saver and I appreciated his patience and understanding to make sure I looked good for my wedding day. I will continue to pass my great experience with Friar Tux in Rancho Cucamonga to everyone who wants to look there best for any important event. I will be going back to purchase a suit, because I know they will take care of me.

This is my second time renting from Friar Tux. My experience has been great both times so far. I've rented from other companies and there was always an issue. Either something did not fit correctly or the order was missing items. At Friar Tux, I was able to get fitted in a reasonable time even with a store full of customers ahead of me, the young lady that fitted me paid attention to what I needed and knew what she was doing. On my fitting/pickup day, Javier gave me the Gold Star treatment. He made sure I had everything I needed for my event. I didn't have to worry about anything. That is why I will continue to go to the Rancho Cucamonga Friar Tux whenever I need to rent for an event.

The complete suit was ready on time. They lengthened my jacket sleeves on final fit in ten minutes. Was happy with suit and the employees. Would rent there again.

Employees are extremely professional and always helpful. I booked my rental several months in advance for a party of 6 and had to come in several times due to my larger party. Many times I observed your employees being berated for things that were the guest’s fault, but I never saw any of them even roll their eyes, and they continued to try and assist them despite the guests disrespect. This is a great shop, I work in the hospitality business and I will 100% recommend this Friar Tux to guests. The employees who helped me throughout were Rhonda, a middle aged white woman with glasses and a tall Hispanic male who always dressed sharp. (Sorry, they all gave me their names, but I’m bad with names).
The only issue I had the entire time was when the tuxedo I rented was going out of selection, so I was called to make a change. Honestly this really wasn’t even an issue since I knew things may change given how far out I started the process, but the store immediately reached out to me to inform me of this and offered alternatives over the phone. When I went in, they were extremely apologetic and showed me all of the alternatives. Honestly I wasn’t even bothered by the whole thing, but they were able to find me a cheaper alternative that I liked even more.
On a side note, the renovations that were done really helped open up the shop, and I’m happy this decision was made.
