I really enjoyed the customer service provided. The employees helped to make my visit there very special and it seems they do the same for other customers; treating their visit as a very special occasion. Too often do I notice employees in the workplace carry the complacent disposition of not wanting to be there. However, I've been to two Friar branches lately and I have not experienced that at all from any of their employees! Thank you for recognizing this and making each visit amazing and straightforward.

Diane Apalategui is so awesome. she helped me so much and i never had to asked her twice. if me or my groom needed to change anything she did it right away. she kept everything organized and worked with me completley! i will totally recommend this spot to everyone. And i plan to send my husband back here if he ever needs a tux or suit. Also the Variety is great to.

I like most was that the staff, Gabby helps us the most with picking out stuff, was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job explains the prices as well as what we needed to get done and the time frame when our stuff was arriving. I am as well as everyone else who went to friars for our wedding was very pleased with everything.
Eileen was very helpful at our first visit. However, some of the younger staff need some "polishing ".
We were expecting a call, which never came, we had to make the call and the evening before the wedding is stressful enough.
The suits fit nicely. Way better than Men's Warehouse! Staff was nice and professional. Thanks for all of your help in making this event stress free.

FRIAR TUX WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR ASSOCIATES WERE HELPFUL AND EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NO APPOINTMENT, IT WAS VERY FAST AND EASY. THEY HELPED US PICK OUT A NICE VEST WHEN WE COULDN'T DECIDE BY OURSELVES. WE WERE A FULL WEEK LATE TURNING IN MY HUSBAND'S TUX DUE TO HONEYMOON PLANS AND ALL, AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND REMOVED ALL LATE FEES FOR US. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TUX, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR OUR VOW RENUAL AND ANYTIME HE NEEDS A TUX!!!!
