Hello, the staff at the Rancho Cucamonga store went out of their way to assist me. I had miss placed my tie and cumber bun at my house the day of the event. The staff provided me replacements without question. After I returned the rented tux, the next day I found the first issued tie and cumber bun. I returned both of them and apologized to the staff for my mistake. The staff were understanding for my oversight. Thank you for your great service.

The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. They answered our questions great and had great patience with our large group of groomsmen and our young ring bearer.
Unfortunately I was not able to use the Tux. Friday Morning I had something that was at first thought to be a stroke and was confined to Inter-community Hospital in Covina from Friday am until late Sunday afternoon. The Tux was never removed from the bag. My wife inquired about a partial refund and was told the store manager would be notified and would be in touch with us about that. So far though we Haven't heard from him or her. A call either way would be greatly appreciated. I was really looking forward to the gala and wearing the Tux, but things happen that are beyond our control.

I really like how the fit of my suit was. It was slim and complimentary. In the past in other places, my suit was always boxy or built for someone bigger, but my suit was fit for my body type. Thank you. The service was great too!
