I would like to say I was satisfied but I am not. For the price of the tux I was expecting really high quality instead it was poor, before my event started one button fell off and there was no way for me to put it back. Before all this I was actually thinking of getting a tux for me and my family for my wedding now I will question myself before going.

The products are very high quality. I've never been uncomfortable in one of the tuxedos. The service is also extremely fast. The first time I went the measuring only took 10 kinutes and the second time all I had to do was go in and pick colors, as my measurements were already in the system. Both times the final fitting only took about 10 minutes and the return only took 2. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service.
Helpful staff. My only complaint is that when my 17 year old son went alone to pick up the tux, the clerk had him try it on and told him the pants fit well. He came home and dressed for prom, and he looked like his pants were a size too small. He should have been given a larger size.
