We've lived in this residence 3 years now, it looks as clean & well kept as the day we moved into our newly built home. It is well worth the cost that I budget to never see a dusty ceiling fan, a dusty marked up mop board, no cobwebs, well maintained wood blinds. It's my guilty pleasure to have more time with family that might instead be spent cleaning house. Try it y'all. You'll be glad you did!
