It was easy to schedule a cleaning. There was good follow up and they did a good job.
Your thoroughness. Everything from the inside of our refrigerator and oven to the tiniest of knickknacks were cleaned. There isn't a speck of dust in our entire house!! It's been such a delight to wander around our house everyday and find new places that are clean and shiny!!

Let me start with initial call. The customer service person was polite helpful and professional in scheduling appt and answering questions about services and price
The cleaning crew arrived on the dot. They were quick, efficient, open to suggestions and carried out the activities promptly and within agreed time. It was very good value for the money spent. I liked their flexibility and cheerful nature

Very efficient. Cordial and did exactly what I needed urgently doing. Their initial charge was a total “rip-off” @ $90 Dollars an hour but I was absolutely desperate for domestic help as I am elderly and have a bad left leg. But if I use them again, and I hope I can, Molly Maid has to come up with a better rate and I’m sure they can. I’m most satisfied with the excellent job they did for me nevertheless.
