They show up on time or early. They are quick and efficient. Very friendly and professional. They do a great job and if you have a concern, they take care of it.

The two women were friendly and easy to talk to. They listened to my concerns and asked
questions about various tasks. In general they were thorough. When they had to come back
the next day because the bathroom floor was not done properly they did not complain. They listened to my suggestions and when they left, the floor was cleaned to my satisfaction. Perhaps no one can totally clean a house the way the owner would like but on the whole I was satisfied. I have had several cleaners come in and these women were the best.
The two ladies, Riccio and Juliana were fast and did not waste a minute. They were also friendly. they left my home nice and clean.
My girls clean beautifully, they are friendly and trust-worthy. I appreciate all the hard work they do around the house.

We are very pleased with our Molly Maid of Virginia Beach cleaning service. They do a very thorough job and are reliable and easy to deal with. All at a fair price. We have a regular team that is familiar with our house and that we trust to do the work even if we are not home.

After months of illness (not contagious type), this house desperately needed cleaning from top to bottom; Molly Maids fulfilled that task terrifically. The follow through by the company was great and so appreciated; we will deflnitely be using Molly Maids from now on. One suggestion I would make is that at least one employee speak English; otherwise it is difficult to pass on instructions when neither of us can understand the other. (Even though we both really try hard, ha, ha.)
