Absolutely loved it, staff were great in helping choose and their overall care was great too. Suit was very good looking after all was said and done. Salespersons were not in the slightest pushy and the prices were a good amount cheaper for better material then compared to other stores around them. Fantastic!
The suit we rented was absolutely stunning and sharp! We ordered the Caramel Venice Suit and Ivory button down shirt and everything was top notch quality. The representative I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful, personable and very easy to work with. They transferred our account from Stitch and Tie over to Friar Tux seamlessly and we've had a great experience so far.

Employees are very helpful and attentive. Makes sure the suit/tux is actually fitted and has attention to detail. The large assortment of accessories like bowties, ties, and pocket squares is also a plus (many different colors and designs)!

Costumer service was helpful and friendly. The tutorial on how to measure the suit was very helpful and allowed for us to get the perfect fitting suit for my husband. Tons of compliments on the quality and look of the suit for its price range. My only complaint was when I went to "check out" it skipped the payment page and had to wait 2 days before I received a link to pay and have the suit sent.
We did the at home try on service and it was very easy and very helpful. Afterwards we scheduled a virtual styling appointment which was wonderful. Cari helped us finalize our decisions for our suits and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be recommending to our friends!

Elijah was so nice and very helpful with assisting my son for his prom. He made the whole process easy. The other staff members were great as well. There was this girl (I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair) she was very nice and friendly helped us when my son went to try on his tux. Overall had an amazing first time experiencing at this place. We will be returning customers for future events and will absolutely recommend any friends and family to go here. Great service and very patient.
