I loved how easy it was to book with them! We were so close to the wedding date but Stitch and Tie made it so much easier, even with us mixing up the sizes, they still managed to ship us new sizes 3 days before our event! The experience was fantastic from beginning to end, even when the sizing went wrong I did not have a headache since they were always so prompt to help.
The suit quality is amazing too, it looks brand new and tailored, the colors are nice and not faded. Highly highly recommend! Will definitely be returning for future events. Recommending this service to all friends and family!! Everyone from costumer service we have interacted with were beyond fantastic. Very pleased with the whole experience!

The customer service I received was exceptional from the lady that originally helped with putting my tux together. I would definitely come back so she could help me again. I can't recall her name at this time however I did express my joy with her and the manager when I returned the tux. The quality, care, knowledge and customer service was the best I have ever recieved from any of your other locations.

I had a great experience with Stitch & Tie. After receiving the initial order, there was enough time to order a different size before my event, and the process for doing that was simple. The return was also easy. Most importantly, the suit looked great. Overall, it was pricey but worth it.
