I had a great experience with Stitch & Tie. After receiving the initial order, there was enough time to order a different size before my event, and the process for doing that was simple. The return was also easy. Most importantly, the suit looked great. Overall, it was pricey but worth it.

Customer service was outstanding and always quick to respond throughout the entire process. Getting fitted was easy and all the necessary corrections were made. In the couple of instances that the tux shipped out did not fit correctly, the customer service team quickly helped identify the adjustments to be made and sent out the replacement items ASAP so that they arrived before the event. Returning the items was very easy with the prelabeled return slip/package.
