Very quick, convenient and and the fitment was perfect. My son and I were in and out in less than 20 minutes. And our suits were ready for pickup in 2 days. James did a fine job.

Here’s what I wrote on the yelp review. I gave the review five stars. First and foremost Friar Tux in Torrance has a very helpful staff. They have a good selection of tuxedos, suits and accessories. I bought two excellent jackets earlier this year. On December 14, 2023 I had a problem with one of my purchases. Pamela immediately addressed the problem and resolved it to my satisfaction. She provided superior customer service. I expect companies to make mistakes. When I read a review I'm looking to see how they respond when a mistake is made. Pamela with a smile and enthusiasm without hesitation fixed the problem.

Concept is great! Only suggestion is to suggest local places to get sized that do in seams. This was not a common measurement for the place I went.
I had a great experience. I was a walk in and rented a tux. The manager, her name started with a P, was amazing. She measured me, made recommendations, and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. My tux came in and it was a perfect fit. Thank you!

Customer Service is exceptional
Honestly, I’ve never been one to dress fancy fancy, so I had no idea what I was looking for or what went with what. However, the staff, I’m sorry I can’t remember names ): were very helpful and happy, energy was there. I didn’t feel rushed, pressured or anything, in fact they understood that I was clueless 😂 they got me a great deal on my suit, and they hyped me up during the tailoring. Overall amazing.
