The order was correct, it arrived on time, it didn't need any adjustments and being fitted was quick & painless. The only thing that would have been better is being able to return it on Monday, w/o being charged extra, instead of having to return it by 5pm Sunday. This location is the closest to my home but the wedding was out near Yucaipa so my weekend was cut short.

I called Tom and gave him my suit size over the phone.I then received an email confirming that my tux was ready for pick up. I thought that this was too good to be true because im used to getting the run around when I buy a suit. As a busy law enforcement professional that wears suits 2-3 times a month i was amazed at the service Tom and the store n manger provided. They saved me a trip to the store to get fitted n for me time is money. Ive rented from Friars Tux before and ive always have been satisfied but i did not commit to the your company as my exclusive store to rent a tux. After this experience with Tom its the exception. Your employees are truly #1 & should be compensated as the most important asset to your company. Its refreshing to see that people like Tom & you store manager care so much to offer the highest level of service to your customers. Friars Tux is my go to company that I will definitely recommend to all my family & friends.

Everyone at the shop was helpful and courteous. It happened to be Oscar Awards weekend so you'd think everyone would be pulling their hair out or throwing themselves from the rooftop. But everyone was chill and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to rent my next tux at Friar Tux.
The product was perfect and very comfortable, looked great. But I was more impressed by the manager that measured me and helped set me up. He was fantastic, helpful friendly, and knew his stuff. The process went so smoothly and there were even other people in the store.
