The quality of the suits, the color we selected the style and variety. The convenience of submitting the measurements for the guys. The convenience of returning the items. The customer service was great! When we received the items for one of the groomsmen his pants were extremely short. I was able to speak with someone and the issue was resolved. The new item was shipped and received within days. Thank you Friar Tux for being apart of the most important day of my life!!

Great service and FANTASTIC customer support! Your team, in error, sent me a dress shirt with sleeves that were way too long, however, I reached out to support immediately and they politely and quickly shipped out a replacement dress shirt within two days. Other than that, everything fit great and the return process is as easy as can be!
