I like the friendly atmosphere and the people who work there. It is easy to make an appointment, although I usually don't plan that far ahead and just walk in. I like one particular person, so I call ahead to make sure she is working that day. If she is not, I check her schedule and change my plans to fit hers.

I don't like the payment method that puts up a tip amount before the the bill. Tipping should not be part of the payment. Let me tip after i pay. I felt forced to tip.
