good price, fast, good haircut
The service from Ashley is second to NONE. She is always very friendly and knows how to cut hair like the pro she is. I have never gotten a bad haircut from her and I refuse to go to anyone else. She makes the whole experience worth it.

Great haircut! The only issue I have is that the other patron and stylist were having an anti mask conversation which was uncalled for. Please train to avoid such conversations
Staff are great
I have been a long time customer. On Saturday, April 3, I needed to get my hair cut for an event that evening. As always, I checked availability on the SC app and saw that my usual Sports Clips location in Huntington Beach (on Beach Blvd) had long wait times. So, I checked the other location in HB (on Edinger) and checked in there because of the shorter wait. I arrived early and checked in at the store. I watched a college Volleyball match while I waited, eventually seeing my name at the top of the screen. Then the strangest thing happened. The stylist came to the front and called somebody else up. I knew that wasn’t correct so I politely asked why I wasn’t next. The stylist was rude and said “well your name isn’t up on the board, did you check in?” I told her I did, like always. She said oh well, I’ll take him and you’ll be next up. But she never said a word to the other stylists and my name didn’t magically appear on the board again. After a few more minutes of waiting (which by now was well past the timeframe at my normal location) and with no way to know whether I’d be given a haircut in time to make it to my event, I left. I understand things can happen and system glitches can occur. I am also quite patient. But to dismiss me as if I was a nuisance and not have the courtesy to at least follow up with another stylist was rude and disrespectful. She clearly knew the other person she took instead of me and then paid no attention to my request or needs.

My hair was cut by Michelle who was very personable, professional and polite. Michelle gave great recommendations on how my hair can be cut which made my experience great. This was Michelle's first day at this location and I will definitely be at ease, which I am with the hair stylists there, should I have Michelle again to cut my hair.
