Haircut was way below par
One stylist stated she thought the covid-19 thing was over blown and she only wore a mask at work. This really gave me pause about my decision to return for a cut.
I think they have done great with all the adjustment.

Our visit was very positive. They are really follow CDC guidelines, everything gets clean after every customer, everything gets sanitized and ready. I was worry to bring my teenager there or anywhere to get a haircut with all that it’s happening... Very happy to be your customer, and my son is happy now with his haircut. 100% recommended...

Had a decent haircut. Would definitely go back regardless of the pandemic.
I like that my stylist listened to the issues I was having with my thinning hair, and showed me a number of products that might help. She even used one of the products, the styling paste, to show me how it would thicken my hair, and she went over the ingredients in the product with me so that I knew what I should stay away from. It was the most thorough consultation I had ever received.
It's a little expensive compared to other companies nearby (12-15 dollars)

I like the willingness of the stylists to listen to the customer and do what the customer wants rather than what they think might look good.
the only feedback i can give is the pricing continues to climb over the years. been going to sport clips for years now, between when living in Orlando or here in Tampa. still great service, fast and easy check-in process, atmosphere always nice and clean.

For the past 15-16 years I went to the same hairdresser but she retired..My wife suggested trying SportClips at Citrus Park in the Tampa area...My first visit was with Nicole and have been going to her ever since...Couldn't ask for a better Experience

I’ve always had good visits and never complained about anything, but my most recent visit was very uncomfortable. While in the middle of the haircut, the stylist named Rocco seemed very friendly to start but continually offered me products that I had no intention of buying and seemed a little defensive when I wasn’t showing interest in it. Which I understand if there’s a commission to it all, but I’m already very happy with my after shower hair care product that I purchased at the very same sport clips. When I also said I was just coming in for the haircut and not the MVP he seemed very defensive about it at one point saying “how do you know if I did a good job if you don’t let me rinse it out” which I should expect you to do a good job if I’m paying you to do this. He then later said after I told him it was money related and saving the 5 bucks really helps that “it’s gonna go into my tip then right?” Which I found really kinda nasty, he seemed to not really care about anything I had to say and rather how much extra money he would make off of the haircut by means of tip/commissions. I still plan on going to sport clips but this most recent visit has really made me question if I should continue or not. The store location is 15724 N Dale Mabry in Tampa, Florida
The language barrier once again caused an issue and caused my frustration to reach a point that I just ended my service.
Im not much of a picky guy but i had one request i have a flat spot in the back of my head and i asked to leave the long hair further back since its curly and now i have a wall look a like in the back of my head because the hair is flat
