I noticed after I left that my sideburns were uneven. Also, my MVP rewards card, she punched my card for my 6th free haircut but I was still charged and paid for the full amount. I’m going to reaccess if Sport Clips is the right place for me to do business with. I may not be back in the future.

This was my first time stepping into a SportClips, by way of a suggestion from a friend. I love the business model of combining a traditional men's hair salon with spa services catered for men. My "hair artist" Amber did an amazing job of walking me through the pampering process by explaining the process and products used, as well as offering an honest and true professional opinion about a cut that would frame my face the right way. Needless to say the cut was impeccable and did exactly that, and I am thrilled. This is what I call real customer care. This is my new hair-cutting home.
