Employees were friendly, haircut was done well.
Friendly service and qualified staff. Getting a haircut is normally just another part of a to do list but today was very relaxing and comfortable. Kristyn explained all services and won me over as a customer.

This was an innovative product that was a nice change from the cookie-cutter stores that have been providing this product for so many years.
We came to Sportclips because of a free coupon. I have been unemployed for nine months, and my son is a high school student involved in a JROTC program. He needed a haircut, but we had no money to get one. His instructor gave us the coupon to help us out. I apologized to Kim (KimW02) for not being able to even give the tip, but she sincerely made me feel like it was no big deal. I know tips are important to her, but she is more concerned about taking care of her customers. Being from the customer service industry myself, that is the way that I always treated my customers. I believe the rewards will come AFTER you take care of people. Kim is a very valuable asset to Sportclips. Things will get better for us financially. Sportclips and Kim have earned our business and loyalty.
The entire experience including the hot towel, shampoo, and neck massage was very enjoyable.
This was my first visit so I'm not familiar with everything yet.
Soccer games playing while you wait,the $5 pampering was great. Because I get a zero cut haircut coupons are always a plus.
The people, the price, and the atmosphere!
Service and hospitality
stylist listened to what I wanted done. All of them usually ask you but don't really listen. Also, I loved the message during the shampooing process.
kim was very kind and took her time cutting my son's hair. The hair cut didn't come out exactly as we expected, but he has a gorgeous hair and it will grow...
The temperature of the hair salon was super low. I was freezing. They have spent so much money in those TVs but they tune in in one channel only. Not everybody likes football.
We use a coupon, so I just tipped Kim, but the price of $17.00 and/or 14.00 for a hair cut are not really competitive with the 7,8,9,10 of Great Clips. First Cuts and/or Fantastic Sam's.

I liked the entire SportClips concept. Having the TVs set to the games and the whole locker room atmosphere was very novel and enjoyable. This was my first time to SC- I was greeted immediately by Jacky the manager who took me without any delay at all. She did a GREAT job- one of the better haircuts I have had in a very long time. Jacky was friendly, courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure. After the haircut she gave me a shampoo and neck/shoulder massage in the chair which was outstanding.
I will definitely return to SportsClips and will definitely request Jacky again. She did an OUTSTANDING job!
