Friendly service; hot towel; massage
Quite honestly, I love being pampered! Love being able to watch football, get a cut, hot towel and a massage. Only thing I need is a beer and it maked it a perfect visit!
1] It just doesn't seem sanitary for a salon to shampoo hair after it is cut.
2] I had no idea what was on the TV.
3] The MVP experience was ineffective and pointless, and the towel smelled moldy.
4] The cut was OK.
I have a great hair stylist currently, but was looking for something closer by.
Might try you out again as your staff matures.

Melanie was very helpful on my first ever visit. She took the time to explain all of the services. Later offered products as well. I was very pleased with my haircut, with all the services received and look ahead to my return visit.

I am so glad that I was given the opportunity to give this feedback. We had a terrific stylist named Diana at the new SportClips on N Dale Mabry Hwy. She did my son's hair (he's almost 12)and it was the best cut he's EVER received. He got several compliments from his friends at school and one of his teachers even commented on how nice it looked. Dianna was terrific. She listened to my requests and was extremely easy to work with. I planned to fill out a review but lost the receipt so I was glad to get this e-mail. We'll be back!
The customer service and the atmosphere at SportClips are the best of any hair salon I've ever been to. Happy to say that I'll be a regular for a long time!
