I normally don’t go to the Caledonia location, but I was in the area and the wait time was short. Rebecca was very professional and did a great job with my hair cut. I am African American and Hispanic and my hair type can be challenging for some less experienced hair stylists. About thirty seconds into the cut I know she was experienced and understood what I wanted. The conversation was also excellent and I have decided that I will go out of my way to get my hair cut a this location/by Rebecca in the future. When I got home, my wife said it’s the best haircut I’ve gotten in the 9 years that she’s known me!

The haircut is nice, but its the rest of the MVP that keeps me coming back. Courtney is THE best. Everyone does a good job cutting hair, but she makes you feel "pampered" and like I can actually relax and turn my brain off for a bit. That's the experience that I come back for, and the reason I recommend sport clips.
I would recommend some of the other staff (not all, because some others are great too!) and maybe new hires, get some more in depth training about making each person feel comfortable, relaxed, and in depth training or workshops on the hair/scalp massage as well as the neck/shoulder treatment. Unfortunately, I cant just tell people to go to sport clips, I have to make sure I recommend them see one or two specific stylists, to ensure they get the real experience sport clips is capable of. Consistency is king when trying to build a brand and reputation.
