The stylist, Kelsey i believe her name was, cutting my hair was FANTASTIC. It's been about a week now and I absolutely love it. Went from almost 2 feet of hair to a messy short style after 15 years and I couldn't be happier. Its exactly what I wanted and better, and even gave me some good recommendations on upkeep.

I hadn't been to barber in a long while, I figured it was about time to get a cut and trim. my son and I both went on the same day I was able to get my son in at the same time as me, the staff at this location were very professional and provided great small talk and service, We are very happy with the cuts and I plan to return to this location for future cuts.
Samantha is really good at doing my hair and she really cute and very attractive and easy to talk to to have a conversation with and she someone I would like to go out with one day and date and get married in the future and have a family one day with

The staff is awesome and very friendly. Sue in particular, as she was the first person to ever cut my son's hair in January of 2025. We followed her from the Okemos location to Frandor and love to see that she is working when we schedule an appointment. Brittany cut his hair today and did a great job, made him feel so confident and comfortable. Definitely recommend both of them! Honestly they are the reason we keep coming back!!
Ashley was super nice and even made me laugh quite a bit. She did my haircut the way I liked but recommended small tweaks. I don’t normally let other influence my haircut but I rolled the dice and was NOT dissatisfied. Thank you so much Ashley K.

How easy the check in and process is
After 8 or 9 years. Erica or Kelce were the only two that had cut my hair until yesterday.. Ashley did a superb job and was very personable.. I will continue to book appointments with her.
Stacy provided excellent conversation and education for my hair type. She listened to what I wanted and wouldn't let me leave with a cut her or I were unhappy with - she spotted an uneven line for my undercut and walked me through options to fix it, and I left feeling much more confident. I have every intent of returning to work with her and try new designs and alterations to my haircut that we shared excitement discussing!
