Rarely there is a wait. The shop is always clean and neat. Often the tv is showing something I enjoy looking at while getting a haircut. They remember what they did previously so I don't have to answer 50 questions.
My stylist Emily was incredibly helpful and super friendly. Asked alot of questions to dial in what I needed and did an amazing job. Will definitely be back and looking for her to do my next haircut!

They are quick and efficient, and yet provide plenty of optional bonuses to there services. You can get a haircut in under an hour, and, if you want, get a massage on top of that.
