This is feedback on Kimberly F working at the Caledonia location in Michigan. The whole experience today was about Kimberly's attitude and passion for her customers and her work. I would say she is by far the best sportclips stylist I have ever experienced. Her attention to detail with the haircut, the exceptional hair wash, combined with her engaging personality makes patrons experiences. Folks like her make the brand. 10 out 10. I suggest she give training to other stylists on how to do it right. GREAT JOB, KIMBERLY!!!

All the stylists are always incredibly patient, kind and gentle with my 3 year old. It’s his favorite place! He’s crazy. He’s a lot. But they never ever ever ever make me feel bad about it or act frustrated. They do an amazing job with what they’re given. They treat him like his own little person. They ask him for feedback. Just all around do an awesome job. Not to mention, the store actively supports the community. Fantastic place!

It was clean and professionally done. I like my barber Zach as she was telling me about what can look better on my hair and what would be a better choice and with her suggestions I have gotten the cut I did. I had an interview the next day so Zach cutting didn’t disappoint at all.
Love the MVP although the experience is inconsistent depending on which stylist I get. My most recent experience was excellent.
