I hadn't been to barber in a long while, I figured it was about time to get a cut and trim. my son and I both went on the same day I was able to get my son in at the same time as me, the staff at this location were very professional and provided great small talk and service, We are very happy with the cuts and I plan to return to this location for future cuts.
Samantha is really good at doing my hair and she really cute and very attractive and easy to talk to to have a conversation with and she someone I would like to go out with one day and date and get married in the future and have a family one day with

The staff is awesome and very friendly. Sue in particular, as she was the first person to ever cut my son's hair in January of 2025. We followed her from the Okemos location to Frandor and love to see that she is working when we schedule an appointment. Brittany cut his hair today and did a great job, made him feel so confident and comfortable. Definitely recommend both of them! Honestly they are the reason we keep coming back!!
Ashley was super nice and even made me laugh quite a bit. She did my haircut the way I liked but recommended small tweaks. I don’t normally let other influence my haircut but I rolled the dice and was NOT dissatisfied. Thank you so much Ashley K.

How easy the check in and process is
After 8 or 9 years. Erica or Kelce were the only two that had cut my hair until yesterday.. Ashley did a superb job and was very personable.. I will continue to book appointments with her.

I can come in without an appointment
I came in for a haircut after I got out of work, hair tangled, probably sweaty and gross. I'm sorry about that, but the hair cutter didn't make me feel gross or sweaty and brushed my hair out for me. I really appreciated that because I was feeling self conscious and left feeling much better. Thank you!

I've been coming to Jess for a while now to get my hair cut. Tho I'd never say this to her face, she is a master in her craft. She always has a smile on her face and always greets you with her warm welcoming presence. The woman should be running her own shop and sports clips should count themselves lucky she works for them. She will always be my barber!
