I loved the full service provided! Shay was gentle with my fine hair the entire time. She gave me a new hot towel after the first one started getting cold, and wiped/massaged my face in the proper directions each time she removed the towel! She went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were super chill and fun to be around.
I like that the shop is well staffed with stylists who obviously enjoy what they do.
