Friendly staff, great environment, there always room to swim, indoor track is awesome, new addition is incredible and gives the gym a whole new feel. Wodw array of classes fit nicely into anybody's schedule.

What do you like about our services?

We have been coming to the Wave since 2007. We especially liked the 9 am time for seniors where we did a little of cardio, floor, stretching, etc. all to music. We miss that, but we have adjusted to what you offer. We encourage our friends to sign up.
