There are a number of machines so I don't have to wait and hold up my work out. It is in a prime location so it is not too far out of the way if I am coming home from work or decide to go on the weekends.

Love the class instructors. Since this is a family gym it would be nice if the men's locker room were a little more kid/teen friendly. Naked men in the sauna is a little disturbing.

Besides the usual friendly staff, I must say the appreciation picnic this year was especially fantastic. Saia's pulled pork is always so good and the salads were yummy. Thank you for a great time with great food!!!

The gym is always clean and tidy. The staff are always friendly and visible. They are constantly cleaning and making sure equipment is where it should be.
