I like the convenience (half a block from my house) the laid back atmosphere and that it is usually not to crowded. The club's staff is generally responsive whenever I raise concerns or issues. I have enjoyed my experience at CB&S and have recently renewed my membership.

1st: Very clean facility, free towels, charming staff including membership Staff, front counter staff and the on duty upstairs trainers. Everyone appears to be happy to work at TriHealth.
2nd: When I come and work out, the track is perfect. All the machines work. I start in the warm up room. I average 11 machines upper body and the next day do 10 machines lower body. The machines I use are computerized, I punch in my DOB and my weight comes up on each machine. I don't have to carry a notebook with me.
3rd: The lockers have locks on them by using your key card VS combination lock. The shower and sinks are always clean and there are a lot of them. The whirlpool is scrubbed every week and looks clean. Big towels are free. One outdoor swimming pool, two indoor, one heated.
4th: The class of membership is upscale, mostly professional members VS. Billy Bob's fitness for $10/month- ya'll come. Not a mandatory long-term contract, it is month to month.
5th: In 15+ years or so, I've only been snapped at one time. I filled a complaint, they are no longer working there.
The reasonable price and location
Staff is ready to be as helpful as they can. Facilities are clean, clean, clean. The environment is very pleasant.
