We recently joined via the Silver Sneaker program. We have tried a couple of different classes and have attended Senior Strength for the past 6 weeks. I believe we have only missed once since. We are very happy with this class and with Rachel. The class is full of nice, interesting people sharing a common goal - fitness.
The facility is excellent and very clean. We couldn't be happier.
Variety of classes that are available. I love that I can go to a very aerobic workout class, and follow that up with qi gong or yoga to stretch out the muscles I just worked.
