Great family atmosphere
It's 24/7 facilities are good staff helpful. Would have got a 10 but to many virtual classes that are not used and there is still no poster up showing different stretches even though I was told one was going to be put up!

Your staff keeps the facility clean. Classes provided are quite adequate for our needs.
The only question I have is will the Café go back to the standards for food that had been set by Bryan? We have noticed a down grade of the food quality. We always looked forward to having lunch after our workouts, but the last time we had a wrap it was really not good. Consequently we have not ordered lunch again.

friendly staff, great facility EXCEPT so TIRED of the MENS STEAM NOT WORKING CORRECTLY....still hasn't, doesn't work unless someone pours water on the thermometer...been that way for at least a YEAR...its frustrating and not how it works at South location
I like the availability of classes as well as the variety of machines. I would like to see more kettle bells with clearly marked weights and a little more availability of TRX straps.
