It is a great facility, it has indoor and a outdoor pool, lots of classes, great equipment and indoor tract. Clean locker room with personal lockers to rent, and really nice people! Not to mention the cafe is so convenient!

The JCC is the definition of a Community Center, serving the needs of all age groups. The staff is friendly responsive and knowledgeable in their varied fields. Geuhla's Cafe is a home away from home. Her tasty home made dishes are just what we need either as a break from classes or when meeting friends for a quick "bite." I hope that the renovations won't change anything except her location in the bldg.
I like that the membership price is affordable. I appreciate that the Pavilion is open many hours to accommodate all schedules. You have friendly staff who are very helpful. Rachel (coach/trainer) is amazing. I shared with her that she is an asset to the Pavilion with her knowledge, gentleness, desire to help. I have never exercised regularly in my life. I am 59. Now I am exercising and even enjoying it! I can't wait until my next check-up. I believe my doctor will be pleased with my efforts. Thank you!

All the equipment m Sherry is super nice at the front desk. What also can help your Club is beautiful people at the front desk. I have belonged for several years. Mix the ages some days there were many older people but you need both. Young parents and kids.

We enjoy TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion because it is a "health" facility with many members focusing on improving health (or i.e. rehab) vs a "fitness" facility. I have replacement knees and enjoy walking in a safe environment and using equipment that serves my needs.
The staff are polite, active and you get a real sense try are passionate about working their.

HSAC does a nice Job of reinvesting in the club with remodels, upgrades, new equipment. It might be tempting to just pocket proceeds, but your costly upgrades are appreciated. Despite high use, things are kept reasonably clean. Thanks
Beautiful club which is always very clean. It is furnished with the latest equipment which is well maintained. There is a large selection of classes(something for everyone). The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Also, it is the kind of club where you can make a lot of friends.
What I like most about JCC is the sincere warm hospitality of their staff. I always have a great experience whenever I am there. The staff at the front are the first people that I see and they are just awesome. I got a massage from my massage therapist yesterday and I think Judy Barrow is the best. She is a beautiful person whom I would recommend to others in a heartbeat. She does such a wonderful job making people feel great. She is really gifted and I can't wait for my next massage. Thanks for letting me share with you.
