The easy access to cardio equipment, always able to get a treadmill. The area is very pleasant with the view to the sound. Most often doesn't smell dank from lots of bodies having been there. Weight room is easy to use and pleasant.
The customer Service is friendly and efficient . The classes are first class and I have benefited in many ways . The parking ,coffee bar and sun garden are first class . The fees are reasonable and being on a very small pension its very affordable .
