Bathrooms are always really clean. Work out equipment is really clean. Trainers are fairly nice. Shampoo smells great. Love that yoga is free. The front desk attendants are extremely welcoming. Great location by my house.

The folks I meet in various classes are friendly and always encourage my daughter and I to come back and Join the same class again next week. Also the instructor have been incredible helpful modifying workouts when needed for my daughter who has JRA.
