The Peak is convenient for me, the staff is very pleasant. I use mostly the cardiac machines upstairs, even though it is busy, I always find a machine. The new area downstairs is great. I like everything about the Peak.
Friendly, helpful, and the facility is clean. The Wave has a lot to offer and it is a pleasant place to come and work out. Plus, my son gained great confidence in the water due to the excellent swim lessons he received there. Thank you.

I love the yoga, Pilates, and barre classes you offer.
The child care when I need it, l like to do the classes and I really like the people and instructers I've become friends with. I also was able to do a class while my child was at swim practice, which was berry convenient for me. The gym and locker rooms are clean..I do wish they would get more Keiser bikes in spin room, that should've happened before gym floor restoration.
I love the friendly staff. BUT, I do not like that there is a man making smoothies in the midtown cafe location with a VERY long beard in which hair could easily slip right into the drinks that he's leaning over making. Maybe close shaven or a "beard net." I'm just thinking sanitary. :)

Clean, well kept, friendly staff, very nice locker rooms, good variety of equipment.
Everything and I don't even take advantage of a lot of services you offer. Your staff is wonderful, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate my personal trainer, Bev, she is terrific and great in the hard core class. I appreciate how all levels of ability are served and all ages. I have recommended neighbors to you and they are now members.

great facility and staff ... well maintained
I love all the instructors. The class sizes are a great benefit. If you have concerns the instructor has time to help you and answer the questions. I have enjoyed the added yoga classes and enjoy being able to attend a yoga class Early in the morning and then be able to attend spin class, a nice combination. Thank you Doug and Nancy for all your work to make this gym very enjoyable and comfortable. Bugsy
I like absolutely everything except the drive. I especially like the culture of the gym--people are really nice and respectful of others. And I love the space! Loads of space, and lots of different equipment! If only I didn't have to drive! If only the city of Cambridge didn't keep closing off the roads I take to get there!
I like that you keep the equipment in repair better than other gyms I have visited.
