I do not use the services of any of the fitness center personnel. I use only equipment, the sauna, shower, hot tub and towels.
Facility is nice and new and continues to improve. Only down side is the price for the membership

There are a lot of classes and opportunities available if one wants to participate. I wish I had more time in my life to do that. Maybe one of these days. Lisa and Kelly who lead the Bone Dense/Heart Smart class are great young ladies & leaders.

Evolve has great equipment, isn't too crowded (with machines) and has an overall nice interior.
I usually go in the weekday mornings, around 7am. At this time of the day I don't have to wait to use the benches or machines I like.
