I love all the people there. Also love my trainer Bryce he is so helpful and caring about how you are training. Plus the fact that I don't get off of work until 6pm and work at Winchester and Hacks cross and he will stay until I can get there at 7 to work with me. Which I really do appreciate so much. Which I think you should have more trainers like this. Bryce is a good guy and I love his foundation classes on Sunday. All your desk help and smoothie bar are wonderful also. Thanks
I always tell others about the very professional, helpful staff, the amazing variety of classes and the excellent equipment. I wouldn't think of training any place else.

option to enroll in various instructor lead classes or use the many machines /equipment or if swimming is your thing that's another option. Also Pediworx for a manicure or a pedicure.
Friendly, accommodating, good classes, nice facilities and not an intimidating environment. I love that you see seniors, children and hard core fitness buffs working out at the same time.
I like the staff at the front desk. They are always friendly and acknowledge me when I come in the door. Even though the Wave has grown a lot, it has a much friendlier atmosphere than other gyms I have used.
