I am a lap swimmer; so, I appreciate the wonderful "watchfulness" and service of Miss Jen, the Aquatics Director, and all of the lifeguards. They always take time to say hello and inquire about how I'm doing as I have had some past health challenges.

Not so much of the "gym" mentality. The equipment, classes and focus here are on "wellness" and making the best of a life situation.

The facilities are clean. Close to my employment for easy access. Unlike other facilities it is about exercise and not a social hangout.
